Administrative Officer/ HR Assistant

Salary: N80,000

Location: Lekki Scheme 2, Ajah.

Employment Type: Full time (Monday - Friday)

Job Summary: To provide administrative support to the company.


Job Responsibilities:

• Manage office supplies stock and place orders

• Maintain and update company databases

• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

• Update office policies as needed

• Engaging vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.

• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)

• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

• Assist with in-house and external events

• Assisting the HR department.

• Handle official assignments as directed

Job Requirements:

• Applicants should have a OND/HND degree

• Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role

• Working knowledge of office procedures & business management.

• Experience with office management software like MS Office & Google suite

• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Interpersonal relationship skills Gross Annual Salary
