TekniTeed NG is currently hiring for the vacant position of Inventory/Logistics Assistant in Ikeja, Lagos.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Interested candidates should possess the following qualities.

  • A minimum of a National Diploma in any Administrative Related Course.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role.
  • Must possess good written and oral communication skills.
  • Set goals and strive to achieve them with enthusiasm and determination.
  • Sound knowledge of technical information and the ability to convey such knowledge.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good leadership and team working skills.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Allocate stock, dispatch and deliver goods to clients.
  • Assist the Sales/Marketing team & customers in their request for catalogues and marketing materials.
  • Updating and maintaining current customer list/databases.
  • Monitor and follow up with outstanding payments.
  • Assist in sale order processing.
  • Ensure conformance to delivery schedules so as to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring inventory levels of catalogues/other marketing materials/promotional materials to meet the need of upcoming campaigns and daily usage.
  • Personally represent the Tekniteed brand professionally and ethically at all times.
  • Manage the system for tracking and processing the marketing aspects of all new parts and products. This includes ensuring the completion of product photography and photo editing of new or needed parts. Also involves maintaining an organized electronic library of all photography, permission and part images.
  • Collaborate with the sales/Marketing Team, Vendors and other depts in the scheduling, development and implementation of marketing campaigns, trade shows etc.
  • Achieve saving plans for the company.
  • Assist in conducting and organizing market research and identifying market opportunities.
  • Ensure proper use and upkeep of company property.
  • Follow-up on all shipments to ensure that we meet the service standard agreed to with the client.
  • Assist the Sales/Marketing/logistics team in other projects as needed.
